Which versions of ArcGIS does CrossView support?

CrossView supports ArcGIS 10+.

How is CrossView integrated with ArcGIS?

CrossView consists of an extension and several dockable windows within the ArcMap interface. It is fully integrated into the ArcMap environment and all of your settings are saved within the MXD so they can easily be changed later.

Do I need the Spatial Analyst or 3D Analyst extensions to use CrossView?

No. CrossView does not require that you have Spatial Analyst or 3D Analyst. However, you must have an acceptable ESRI surface dataset in an ArcMap document before CrossView can be used.

Requirements

What are the hardware and software requirements for CrossView?

CrossView does not require anything other than ArcMap to run. If your machine is running ArcGIS, then it can also run CrossView.

Do I need to uninstall the old version of CrossView (1.x) before I install CrossView 2?

You do not need to uninstall the 1.x version of CrossView before installing or using CrossView 2. There are no conflicts between the two pieces of software.
